video for 3min presentation




Hi,
it would be nice to have some comments and suggestions.

Too long? too boring?

I decided not to include sound because it didn't have good quality, it seemed strange.
I think I like not having any sound at all... makes it more 'deep' in a way.
Should a find a song? (it's so difficult to find one that fits...)

Do you think I should include some kind of background/image instead of leave it white?

    Easy to read and understand.

    I think a song could be nice... maybe not exactly a song, but something.
    What about things you can hear in a hospital... some ambient, water, nature.

    I think it's nice and I like the white background.
    A song would be good, but I can imagine how difficult it must be to find one that fits. Also sounds, as Pablo said, would be nice. I reminded of this song, or any of its versions, but maybe it's a bit depressing:

    (Also though of Carlos Paredes, but not easy to match an entire song with the mood of the text)
    Also, regarding the sentences, I think it would be nice in some cases to make the text appear/disappear in sentences, or leave some key words, instead of the entire block (I can tell you which ones if you want). And would suggest just some minor alterations in the text, but it might be easier if I send it all by email. *

    Carlos Paredes was the first thing I thought because it is directly related with my grandparents, and my grandfather used to use it as soundtrack for his films...
    and yes, my english is amazing as you know... I'll send e-mail, thanks :)

    Hey Rita, I think it's really moving. I love the first part, when it goes from the quotes of people having dementia, to the quotes of their friends and family. The shift is very delicate and it's not making any sensationalism of them.
    Then I think it's a bit too long.
    I love the end, you should put the last sentence by it own, it's the most impacting.
